1. Order Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed and processed, cancellation is not permitted.

2. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds once the product has been opened, used, installed, or tampered with, due to the sacred and personal nature of spiritual items.
Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the case of damaged items received during delivery, subject to verification.
3. Damaged Product Policy
A refund or replacement will be considered only if:

The item was received physically broken or damaged

A clear, unedited parcel opening video is provided as proof
4. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
To qualify for any refund or replacement:

The video must start before opening the parcel

The shipping label must be clearly visible

The entire opening process must be recorded without any cuts

The damage must be clearly visible in the video
❗ Parcel opening video is mandatory. Without it, no refund or replacement will be provided.
Photos, edited videos, or partial recordings will not be accepted.
5. Reporting Timeline

Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Requests made after this period will not be considered
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

Product opened or used

Change of mind or personal beliefs

Minor packaging damage (outer box only)

Slight variations in color, size, or design (handcrafted items)

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Delays caused by courier or logistics partners
7. Refund Process (If Approved)

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
8. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged items, subject to approval

Exchange will be initiated after successful verification of the parcel opening video
9. Final Decision
All refund, replacement, or exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Rafahia.
The company’s decision shall be final and binding.
