Order Processing All orders are processed within 2 business days of placement. Since our products are handmade in small batches to ensure genuine purity and quality, processing may occasionally take an extra day. During periods of high demand or limited product availability at our fulfillment locations, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience — good things take time! You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Partner We partner with Delhivery, a trusted courier service, to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders across India.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery: 5–7 days from the date of dispatch
- Remote or select pin codes: up to 10 days from the date of dispatch
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, public holidays, or logistical delays.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment in real time through the Delhivery portal.
Shipping Charges Rs.120/- to 180/- is regular fee will be applicable — e.g., free shipping above ₹499 during offers period.
Non-Serviceable Areas We currently ship across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will reach out to you with alternative arrangements.
